Refund & Dispute Policy
All sales of digital/occult entertainment services are final once delivery begins.
- If you were charged in error or did not receive delivery, contact us within 7 days at contact@hexappeal.example for investigation.
- Chargebacks: we provide order confirmations and delivery logs; opening a dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution.
- Cancellations: because purchases are one-time and fulfilled electronically, cancellations are not applicable after delivery starts.
